Gold plating silver jewellery is a common technique used by skilled artisans to enhance the appeal of their creations. By applying a thin layer of gold to the surface of the silver, they are able to achieve a luxurious and sumptuous look that is reminiscent of pure gold jewellery.

Our artisans use the electroplating method. This involves immersing the silver jewellery in a solution containing 16 or 18 carat gold ions and applying an electric current. The gold ions are attracted to the surface of the silver, resulting in a thin layer of gold being deposited on the jewellery. This method allows for precise control over the thickness and appearance of the gold plating, ensuring a uniform and flawless finish.
